After three years, the major technological transformation project in Jiangsu Province undertaken by Nanjing Wasin Fujikura finally ushered in the moment of flowering. In the information room of the company’s three districts, the project acceptance expert team conducted on-site acceptance of the “20 million kilometers core fiber expansion phase I (12 million kilometers) project”. During the acceptance process, the experts of the acceptance team visited the project production site, listened to the relevant reports of the project, and inquired about the project implementation, indicators, safety, energy, environment, fire protection, construction file acceptance and other related issues. Under the leadership of the company’s Technology Management Department, Finance Department, Optical Fiber Department, Public Works Department, General Management Department and other relevant departments, the project successfully passed the defense and on-site inspection of the expert group. After full discussion by the expert group, it was unanimously agreed that the project has completed the implementation content, main technical indicators and economic indicators, and agreed to pass the project acceptance.
Equipment installation and debugging began in March 2019, adding 12 lines of wire drawing equipment; 16 lines of tensioner rewinding machines, 3 sets of deuterium gas chambers, 11 sets of testing equipment and other equipment. Through its own technology, the annual output of wire drawing has been increased from 18 million kilometers of cores to 30 million kilometers of cores, which can be produced at a wire drawing production speed of 3000m/min, and realizes automatic control of the speed increase, reaching the highest level in the industry, greatly reducing the cost of The labor intensity of personnel also improves the stability of product quality.
In 2020, due to the sudden fuse of COVID-19, some of the individual acceptance services of the project were limited by the flow of people, which led to the obstruction of on-site acceptance, and there was a certain delay. In the face of force majeure, Nanjing Wasin Fujikura took active measures to deal with the uncertainty, and successively completed the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities, safety review, occupational disease protection facilities” three simultaneous inspections, fire protection facilities acceptance, construction archives acceptance and other related acceptance work.
